Work experience as an Implementer Android and Web base (Sales and Marketing) Project in Gourmet Foods. Handled troubleshooting and maintenance as well as monitoring secondary sale by android app GSSM, and deployment of IT equipment.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the deployment of Pakistan based (Sales and Marketing) Project.
• Responsible to gather requirements from GMSM and RSM for development of android apps and web reports according to need.
• Responsible for the plan and induct TAB’s to TSO(Sales and Marketing Staff), Salesmen and OrderBookers.
• Arrange Training Sessions for ASM’s , Sales and Marketing Staff how to use this system and how much beneficial of this dynamic system.
• Responsible for a assigning tasks to TSO’s about their activities and monitoring of their work status.
• Responsible to leads three regional desks team and provides support and resolve technical issues of TSO & ASM TAB’s .

Responsibilities:
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Replacing parts as required.
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
• Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g. software developers.
• Testing and evaluating new technology.
